Excel inventory guide

Use this guide to prepare cleaner Excel or CSV uploads for DushiPlus. A consistent file structure reduces listing errors, improves shopper trust, and helps merchants fulfill pickup and delivery-enabled orders more reliably.

What to prepare before uploading

Keep one row per product variation and keep each column format consistent. If your store has many categories, compare naming conventions with categories and live product pages.

  • Include a stable SKU or product code for future updates.
  • Use clear product names and short descriptions that match in-store labels.
  • Enter prices and stock as plain numbers without mixed text values.
  • Keep category labels consistent to avoid duplicated or fragmented listings.

Common spreadsheet errors to catch early

  • Missing required fields such as product name, price, or quantity.
  • Duplicate rows for the same variation.
  • Outdated stock counts that no longer match physical availability.
  • Inconsistent naming for brands, sizes, or categories across rows.

After upload: validate visibility and fulfillment readiness

After importing through merchant upload, review your live listings and confirm stock, price, and fulfillment expectations are accurate. Then use local store visibility to improve discoverability.

If row mapping looks incorrect, contact merchant support with a sample file and a short issue summary.
