›How does pickup work on DushiPlus?
After you place an order, the merchant prepares it and notifies you when it's ready. Bring your order number and a valid ID to the merchant's location to collect it.
›Can I order from multiple stores in one cart?
Yes. Your cart can contain products from different merchants. Each merchant prepares its own pickup, and you'll see all pickup locations on the order confirmation page.
›How do I pay?
You can pay online (simulated in this demo) or pay at the merchant when you pick up your order. OB tax is included in the displayed total.
›What is OB tax?
OB (Omzetbelasting) is the Curaçao turnover tax. DushiPlus shows OB separately on every order so you always know what you're paying.
›Can I return a product?
Returns are handled directly with the merchant per their store policy. Contact the merchant using the details on your order confirmation.
›How can I sell on DushiPlus?
Visit the merchant portal to view your dashboard and upload your inventory. We charge a 12.5% commission on each sale.
