›How does order fulfillment work on DushiPlus?
After you place an order, the merchant confirms preparation details. Most stores offer pickup, and some also provide delivery choices at checkout. Use your order confirmation for location or delivery details.
›Can I order from multiple stores in one cart?
Yes. Your cart can include products from different merchants. Each merchant handles its own fulfillment, and your confirmation shows the relevant pickup or delivery information for each order.
›How do I pay?
You can pay online (simulated in this demo) or pay at fulfillment where the merchant supports that option. OB tax is included in the displayed total.
›What is OB tax?
OB (Omzetbelasting) is the Curaçao turnover tax. DushiPlus shows OB separately on every order so you always know what you are paying.
›Can I return a product?
Returns are handled directly with the merchant based on the store policy. Contact the merchant using the details on your order confirmation.
›How can I sell on DushiPlus?
Open the merchant portal to access your dashboard and upload catalog items. DushiPlus currently applies a 12.5% commission per completed sale.
