Platform role

DushiPlus helps users discover local products and coordinate pickup orders with merchants. Product listings, stock levels, pickup readiness and store-specific return rules are provided and managed by each merchant.

Accounts and eligibility

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Account information should be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may limit or suspend access for misuse, fraud risk, or policy violations.

Orders, pricing and pickup

• Displayed prices and taxes are shown on the order summary at checkout.
• Merchants are responsible for final stock confirmation and pickup fulfillment at their location.
• Pickup windows are estimates and may change due to merchant operations.
• You should verify order details and pickup location before confirming purchase.

Cancellations, returns and disputes

Return and refund outcomes depend on the merchant policy and the specific order circumstances. DushiPlus may assist with communication, but merchant terms and applicable law generally determine final return handling.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, data extraction or service disruption.
• Do not post unlawful, deceptive or harmful content through platform features.
• Do not impersonate another person, business or account owner.

Service availability and limitations

We work to keep DushiPlus reliable, but services may be interrupted for maintenance, technical incidents or external dependencies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DushiPlus provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
